Consequences for not following Rules:
1. Cussing/Swearing = Ban 1 hour
2. Advertising = Ban 24 hours
3. Spam or flood = Kick (warning) Then ban 0.30 hours
4. Kick Bots.
5. Personal Information given = Ban 50 hours
6. Failure to keep chat PG.13 = Ban 1 hour
8. Flaming = Ban 2 hours
9. Asking for xats/days/powers = Kick
