New EPF HQ Is Here!

Hello Penguins!
Finally! Club Penguin has made some outstanding changes in the history of PSA and EPF. They have closed off all of the popcorn and shut down the sport shop for good :( There is no PSA as far as i'm aware and the only standing Club Penguin agent force is EPF. They have made a new HQ and it is much High Tech than the old one. Also there is a new spy phone. Lets check out the Guide to becoming a EPF agent!
